I apologize for not updating this blog in the past week. Honestly, I have felt that I have run a little astray of my original intentions with this blog and I want to revisit those intentions. I have some interesting ideas that I am playing with; in particular, I am looking at writing more about Greek and/or Roman antiquity: cults (both political and religious), world domination, despotism and propaganda. Within that context, we find freedom’s struggle. It would be interesting to attempt to bring that to light in the context of what America is now facing, namely, global enslavement to the new world order (Novus Ordo Saecularum Augusto). I am frankly tired of battling the modern political archetypes with a language that cannot seem to pull the psyche from out of the proverbial box. It would be great to look at our freedoms from an entirely different angle, so as to see it in a more powerful more eternal aspect. America is entering a new and dangerous age, an age that will leave her vulnerable to those who wish to destroy her. Yet, because she stands for freedom, the creative expression of humanity based on, not the laws of men, but the natural rights of God, she will not be destroyed. Anyone who might be inclined to rule or control her will eventually be defeated, I can assure you that.
So I will be spending a bit of a hiatus from blog writing (not sure how long). Do not forget:
You are that gadfly which God has attached to the state, and all day long and in all places you are always fastening upon them, arousing and persuading and reproaching them.” – Socrates
