Where are those “war protestors” during the Bush administration? Well, they never were, except in the minds of a good portion of the sheeple, those shadows who call themselves liberals. I have seen more substance in dog drool.
The fact is that most Americans, both liberal and conservative, couldn’t give a rat’s ass what kind of crimes and murder their so-called government commits. As long as good uncle Sam doesn’t point the gun at them and as long as they can still watch American Idol, who cares right?
Sickening.
KUNDUZ CITY (PAN): Residents of Chahar Dara district in northern Kunduz province say more than 150 civilians were killed and 20 others wounded in Friday’s air strike by NATO-led forces.
The bombing in Haji Aman village came as insurgents and residents emptied oil into jerry canes from tankers hijacked by Taliban militants from the Kunduz-Baghlan Highway.
Inhabitants of the area told Pajhwok Afghan News all those killed in the bombardment were civilians and there were no Taliban at the site at the time the attack took place. Fighters had left the scene after they asked the people to take fuel for free.
An elder from Sarak-i-Bala neighbourhood, Abdul Rahim, said 15 children were among the 50 people of Yaqubi village killed in the bombing raid.
The man, who lost two sons in the incident, argued: "Poverty brought us to this stage." No guerrillas were among the dead, he said, explaining the fighters well before the deadly assault.
A 50-year-old woman bitterly cried while standing in front of her ruined house. She said her three sons, husband and a grandson perished in the bombardment. Locals showed this reporter as many as 50 graves of civilian victims.
In the Maulvi Naeem village, residents said 20 civilians were killed in the incident. Haji Najmuddin, a tribal elder, lost two nephews. He claimed chemicals bombs were dropped on the villagers. Clothes of his nephews were not damaged but their bodies were badly charred, the man argued.
This reporter saw the graves of those killed in the air strike. Seventy of the fatalities were from Yaqubi and Maulvi Naeem villages and the rest from three other areas.
Meanwhile, Kunduz Governor Eng. Muhammad Omar said a delegation from Kabul had arrived in the district to investigate the incident and determine the exact number of civilian deaths.

Criticize the government? Well, you must be racist, according to Chris Matthews.
Two-legged baaad. Four legged good.
Yet again another fine example of the mass brainwashing of the sheeple who don’t know any better than to listen to these dolts. Pass this along. Jones provides a good educational analysis.
Remember, there are more people in the world who will believe this stuff than those who won’t, or at least that is what the MSM is hoping for.

When a hundred men stand together, each of them loses his mind and gets another one. – Friedrich Nietzsche
For those of us who work in a corporate environment, it is very clear that we either follow corporate policies or lose our job. At my workplace for example, we are not allowed to display any sort of religious material in or outside our offices. We are also forced to accept our company’s policies in regards to environmentalism or alternative lifestyles. Company policies are not created from the consensus or vote by the employees. Many companies have and are engaged in the most egregious forms of criminality: slave labor, murder, stealing, and holocausts to name a few. The employees either don’t know, pretend not to know, or don’t care.
The employees have no say in the public and private policies of the company they work for and they must, as employees, accept their company’s public position, or leave. It is a tyranny we accept because we get paid as long as the company continues to make a profit. We must accept it even more due to the manufactured by design economic crisis. Getting paid and having the illusion of security seems to be worth the price of having to be something we are not, or having to be told what to do what to say and how to be. In many ways, we have sold our soul and we have done it with a clean conscious. Why with a clean conscious? Because we still believe we are simply serving the American dream of creating wealth and prospering and providing for a our family. The ends justify the means. That is what we have become. We have perverted the American dream. WE have perverted it. It is no longer “We, the people”. It is “We, the corporation” and we have chosen not to pursue happiness, but instead misery.
So Washington is not the only place where people are corrupt. We are corrupt, because we willingly participate and support tyranny within the private sector. The behaviors we learn and the ignorance we attain in the corporate environment naturally spill into what is left of our private lives. I say what is left because after we leave the tyrannical realm of the corporation, some of us go home, switch on the television and allow streams of propaganda to enter our consciousness: mainstream news, advertisements, television shows. Others switch on the computer and logon to Facebook, Twitter or some other internet network that collects personal data and publishes it for everyone to see.
Privacy certainly has become more precious than gold and most people don’t even want it because they don’t think it will make them famous or a lot of money. Privacy doesn’t even give them knowledge, they believe, because privacy is being “offline” or “out of touch” or “out of sync”.
I work in the technology industry at a very large company. Generally, most of the workers enjoy the work they do because they love technology. I love technology. In many ways, we are like kids in a toy store: lots of “cool” tools and gadgets that are used for making even cooler tools and gadgets. I myself got into the industry in the mid-nineties because of the possibilities for communication. Wow! You could publish your writings directly to the internet. You could talk to someone in China. The possibilities were endless. The dreams then began. Nothing could stop us.
Technologists, like scientists, easily fall into “do it because you can” trap. Take social networking. The impact on our culture of social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook is immense, both sociologically and psychologically. It is not the purpose of this post to delve into the details of that impact, but suffice it to say that one of the affects has been the dissolution of the distinction between what is private and what is public. It is a distinction we take for granted, just like we take language for granted. Generally, when we take something for granted, we neglect it and, boy, have we neglected this one.
The technofacists, as I call them, do not care one whit what social networking has done and will do to our culture. Social networking software is huge in the industry and the technologists see themselves as creating a framework in which human beings live, communicate, share, make friends and lose friends. Make no mistake about it: technologists see themselves as being gods who are creating a landscape in which the deer and the antelope play. I worked on a team that was devoted to inventing as many social networking applications as they could: publishing, analyzing, interpreting personal data for public consumption. They don’t see themselves as pawns in a new world order agenda. On the contrary, they see themselves as benefiting the people becuase they make life easier and fun.
So what are the principles of a good piece of social networking software? How do the technofascists believe they are providing for mankind? I will discuss two. One is intelligent automation; the other, rich community.
First, there is intelligent automation. Basically this principle is considered a very good thing because the user has to do less when communicating with his or her “friends”. Texting offers intelligent automation when the phone software automatically anticipates that word being typed. This is also called “predictive texting”. Texters don’t have to bother as much with the complete spelling out of words. The greater amount of intelligent automation in our daily lives, the less intelligence we tend to cultivate in ourselves. Use it or lose it, as they say. We have chosen to allow our kids to lose it.
A second example of intelligent automation is latent in an article published in the Telegraph which discusses how IT departments not only collect employee data via emails and IP telephone conversations, but analyze the data to determine their emotive meaning. The email in your inbox could potentially be flagged with some kind of angry emoticon because the IT software determine that the mail is filled with anger. It will not be surprising should this technology appear on some social networking site. At the moment, users must manually insert an emoticon to reflect their emotions. If the software can interpret the emotional content of your email, it can insert it automatically. “Automatic” or “without effort from the user” is cool because it feigns to “help people”, when it truly cripples them into an even deeper slavery. Why bother even interpreting your own emotions to people, when the software does it for you?
Another principle of good social networking software is that it allows for a “rich” community. What this means is that the community cannot be dead. It needs to be alive. People need to use it not as a tool in their lives, but as a way of life. Sending a tweet must become an hourly event. Otherwise, these networks die and the software doesn’t make money. They depend on you to keep the beast alive. This means that the more a culture becomes spiritually de-privatized, the more these social networks thrive. They are like vampires. The more you put in to the community, the less you yourself get out of it. However, the illusion created is that you are getting something out of it and that all these friends on your friends list care deeply about what you are doing right now. At the most, they care only like they care how many more children Angelina is adopting. Infectious, all this; and since humans are social creatures, they tend to go along with the herd. Social networking sites enhance the herd mentality of human beings, not the free-thinking mentality. Most people even have their boss or their co-workers on their “friends” list. The corporate slavery system floods into this strange sick brew of corporate fascism, gossip mongering and self-abdication.
I have spoken about technofascism many times on this blog. Technology is the key to the new world order. The strange thing about this new world order, or rather the genius of it, is that we will willingly accept it because it will continue to feed our “need” and “thirst for” technology and unethical lifestyles. Kids can’t live without their cell phone. They need to “tweet” every ten minutes. They need to document everything they are doing, where they are at every point in the day. They are being trained to love the lack of privacy. They are the next generation. Do you think they will care of the company they work for “spies” on them? Or if the government/corporation spies on them. No, they will actually think it is a benefit.
One of the keys to fighting this technofascist revolution is to have parents work together to face up to and own the world we have created in the name of supporting our family and putting food on the table. Our kids are destined to be helpless in thinking and acting for themselves. The magical moments of my child were many times the moments I spent alone, in my own fertile imagination. I grew to love music because my need to express myself was so powerful that I had no choice but to learn and to play. If I had intelligent automation and a rich community at a click of a button, I probably would have gone the easier route. The thought of that, parents, makes me sick.
The new world order is not a conspiracy. It is not some wizard of Oz working behind the scenes to corrupt the universe. Evil is not the caricature of Hollywood. Evil is and always will be the other side of ourselves. It is our responsibility to learn it and know it and come to fight it. We have failed to do that in our culture, because ours is a culture of denial and lies. Take a good look at the seven deadly sins: extravagance, greed, envy, pride, vainglory and consider how deep we have fallen. We have chosen the dark side by pretending that someone else, our arch nemesis, is causing the misery of the world. We are bifurcated into left or right, black or white, gay or straight, democrat or republican, socialist or capitalist: we always place ourselves in one camp and point the finger at the other. This is how we live in ignorance.
The new world order is a revolution that has arrived in currents and waves. Its momentum has insinuated itself in every area of our lives. It has one goal and one goal alone: to dominate and to enslave and drown us in our own evils.
The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing. – Albert Einstein

When an opponent declares, "I will not come over to your side," I calmly say, "Your child belongs to us already. . . . What are you? You will pass on. Your descendants, however, now stand in the new camp. In a short time they will know nothing else but this new community." – Adolph Hitler
As usual, the United Nations. is doing its part to destroy out kids and our families. Welcome to the brave new world.
Wake up parents.
Fox news reports:
The U.N.’s Economic, Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) released a 98-page report in June offering a universal lesson plan for kids ranging in age from 5-18, an
“informed approach to effective sex, relationships” and HIV education that they say is essential for “all young people.”

There is only one real word for this: perversion. Unfortunately, the American people allow people of this sort to run our country, through the schools, through the television, through the cinema. A little girl on girl action here, a little boy meets boy there, a few orgies at 8 o’clock on ABC. It goes on and on and parents continue to behave like zombies, trying to convince themselves that they are just bringing up more “culturally aware” children. You know, children who are able to accept and understand different lifestyles; children who celebrate and worship the beauty of their bodies and their sexuality. Yuck! This is nothing but the perversion of innocence. There is nothing beautiful about it. As a parent myself I am appalled and ashamed of the world we have created. We have failed to take responsibility as parents and we have continued to maintain the credo that “someone else will take care of societies problems; just leave me to my own”.
Well, when you don’t tend your home and garden, what are you going to get? Your backyard is going to get overrun by weeds and pets and, before you know it, even your house may get overrun by carpenter ants, termites and who knows what else. We are FILTHY in that we allow this smut to continue in our daily lives. Conditioned to believe that everything is operated by a remote controller, we turn our backs as if we can turn of the sick reality show our world has become. Ah hah! Now I know why we LOVE reality shows that the most debauched human specimens possible. ANYTHING to outdo our own negligence and debauchery. We want scum, lust and porn of the worst order because it at least makes us feel that much more angelic.
Well, we are no angels and parents are slowly but surely losing their rights as parents. We think the government is better at determining what is good or bad for our kids. They see we will need a swine flu vaccine? We get in line to give our kids a jab of the poison, even though up to half of family doctors in the U.K. refuse to take the vaccine. Nonetheless, the MA state senate just passed the Pandemic Response Bill, effectively forcing people to take the vaccine under penalty of fine. It is therefore no surprise, that if the government tells us that it must teach our kids about oral sex or masturbation at age 5, that we would just blink, turn the channel, and then blink again.

A co-worker sent this out and he is correct, it is simply eye-opening. Please pass this on to as many as you can. The more people learn, the better. I also recommend The Creature from Jekyll Island: A History of the Federal Reserve, a book written by Edward Griffen.
My co-worker wrote:
I just discovered this and this simply is eye-opening. This documentary discusses about IRS, Federal Reserves system, war on terror, globalization, and other subjects which are germane to current national discussions, but, in my opinion, this documentary takes an out-of-box approach to these issues. Created by Aaron Russo who also produced The Rose, Trading Places, and Wise Guys.

One can always hope that there is such a thing as human progress. It is true that human beings have evolved in terms of their knowledge and their technology. In that respect we have transformed into different forms and attitudes throughout our history. Unfortunately, we know that the mere act of giving a child a computer does not transform the nature of the child herself. The computer can of course transform the child in terms of the environment of her education, but it does not change the nature of her soul. And it is the soul - not what we have - that defines who we are and how we are. Not only have we ourselves failed to educate our souls, but we are also bringing up a generation of children who won’t even recognize the term. The cost of this is dire.
The soul is a word that has been made to go extinct, from our classrooms and from our day to day conversation. It may turn up in religious contexts here and there but for the most part we have lost the distinction. What this has lead to is not a destruction of soul, but a complete lack of responsibility in regards to it. Losing track of the nature of soul only allows it to run wild. And the soul is like a child – if left to run wild and ignored it is bound to get in trouble – big trouble. If a cook doesn’t understand the nature of the herbs he can use for seasonings, he will never be able to create a good dish. He will use them, but he will create an indigestible cacophony of tastes. If we do not understand the nature of our soul, we will not be able to create anything of any good. Luckily, we can go to Costco for good food, but Costco doesn’t offer good souls in bulk.
There is a saying that nature abhors a vacuum. Well, it is the nature of the soul that it abhors being without a master. If the individual does not take responsibility for his own soul, he WILL easily turn over its maintenance to another. If that master is good, everything is fine. If that master is evil, we are in trouble. In the case of our government masters, we are in fact dealing with evil. No doubt about it.
The shackling of our soul is exactly what our degenerate government wants AND has achieved – it doesn’t want the American people to be free to learn and grow into strong independent human beings. What it wants is for us to be slaves. We are slaves because we believe that the only source of our knowledge comes from CBS, NBC, ABC, MSNBC or Fox News. We outright reject alternative media or anything that has not been certified by a news release by the aforementioned media outhouses. We are slaves because we don’t care what is put into our drinking water or our food. We are slaves because we put our life savings and retirement funds into the hands of charlatan bankers. We are slaves because we have given over our precious trust to a government that does not have and never will have our best interests in mind. We are like children who are beaten by the parents, starved and kept from the light of day. We say nothing. We do nothing because we are more afraid of being without our masters, than being with them.
We do not know how to NOT be ruled by them.
In this environment, the American people, being relatively good people, cannot and do not imagine the the kind of evil that lurks behind the NWO. Why can’t they imagine it? It is because they have had no education, that is why – and they do not care that they have no education. There is a deep and long tradition of what could be called socialism of the elite or, in Plato’s terminology, would be called “oligarchy”. The basic idea is that there is a hierarchy of human beings. This hierarchy has been expressed in a myriad of different ways in ancient literature. It is very foreign to the American way of thinking, but it IS NOT foreign to the demonic NWO elitists.
Below is an example of one hierarchy that is expressed in Plato’s Phaedo. The allegory is meant to describe the relationship of the human soul to truth. The eighth and ninth levels are the furthest the human soul can get – these are the sophists, the demagogues and the tyrants. The rest are various types of human beings that do not belong to the eighth or ninth levels. The ones at the top are the “philosophers” because their soul has been closer to the truth. Now this hierarchy is set in place to reflect the relationship of human beings to the truth of their soul. In this allegory he is not ranking classes of people based on how smart or productive they are. He is clearly focusing on their relationship to education in regards to the soul. This is why he puts the philosopher first and the tyrant last. That the tyrant is separate and the most offensive with regards to the soul, implies that “tyrant” cannot apply to the other categories. In other words, the hierarchy assumes that the categories listed from one to seven are good simply because they have some access to the truth which, in Plato’s world, is always good:
The reason why the souls exhibit this exceeding eagerness to behold the plain of truth is that pasturage is found there, which is suited to the highest part of the soul; and the wing on which the soul soars is nourished with this. And there is a law of Destiny, that the soul which attains any vision of truth in company with a god is preserved from harm until the next period, and if attaining always is always unharmed. But when she is unable to follow, and fails to behold the truth, and through some ill-hap sinks beneath the double load of forgetfulness and vice, and her wings fall from her and she drops to the ground, then the law ordains that this soul shall at her first birth pass, not into any other animal, but only into man; and the soul which has seen most of truth shall come to the birth as a philosopher, or artist, or some musical and loving nature; that which has seen truth in the second degree shall be some righteous king or warrior chief; the soul which is of the third class shall be a politician, or economist, or trader; the fourth shall be lover of gymnastic toils, or a physician; the fifth shall lead the life of a prophet or hierophant; to the sixth the character of poet or some other imitative artist will be assigned; to the seventh the life of an artisan or husbandman; to the eighth that of a sophist or demagogue; to the ninth that of a tyrant-all these are states of probation, in which he who does righteously improves, and he who does unrighteously, improves, and he who does unrighteously, deteriorates his lot. – Plato, Phaedo
Now, as with anything, the ancient notion of hierarchy has been plagiarized by people who enjoy the hierarchy because they despise human beings and enjoy their suffering. They enjoy their suffering because they jealously hold onto what they believe is theirs, namely truth. That God is dead is certainly their opinion. They are more inclined to frequent temples of an entirely different sort. These are the people (tyrants) you read about in ancient literature – the ones who rape, kill and plunder and worship Ba’al. They are also the ones who feel as if they are god’s gift to humanity if they are able to successfully create a world where everyone is good and beautiful and one with the truth of the universe. Here are some quotes by some of these demons. I culled these from Infowars.com:
"Natural selection must be replaced by eugenical artificial selection. This idea constitutes the sound core of eugenics, the applied science of human betterment."
- Theodosius Dobzhansky. Heredity and the Nature of Man. 1964"…impregnation will be regarded in an entirely different manner, more in the light of a surgical operation, so that it will be thought not ladylike to have it performed in the natural manner."
-
Bertrand Russell. The Scientific Outlook. 1972"There is no permanent status quo in nature; all is the process of adjustment and readjustment, or else eventual failure. But man is the first being yet evolved on earth which has the power to note this changefulness, and, if he will, to turn it to his own advantage, to work out genetic methods, eugenic ideas, yes, to invent new characteristics, organs, and biological systems that will work out to further the interests, the happiness, the glory of the God-like being whose meager foreshadowings we the present ailing creatures are."
- Herrman J. Muller, 1935 (an associate of Sir Julian Huxley)"In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it is just as bad not to say it."
- Jacques Cousteau, 1991 UNESCO courier"Society has no business to permit degenerates to reproduce their kind…. Any group of farmers who permitted their best stock not to breed, and let all the increase come from the worst stock, would be treated as fit inmates for an asylum…. Some day we will realize that the prime duty, the inescapable duty of the good citizens of the right type is to leave his or her blood behind him in the world; and that we have no business to permit the perpetuation of citizens of the wrong type. The great problem of civilization is to secure a relative increase of the valuable as compared with the less valuable or noxious elements in the population… The problem cannot be met unless we give full consideration to the immense influence of heredity…"
- Theodore Roosevelt to Charles B. Davenport, January 3, 1913, Charles B. Davenport Papers, Department of Genetics, Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y."I wish very much that the wrong people could be prevented entirely from breeding; and when the evil nature of these people is sufficiently flagrant, this should be done. Criminals should be sterilized and feebleminded persons forbidden to leave offspring behind them… The emphasis should be laid on getting desirable people to breed…"
Roosevelt, “Twisted Eugenics,” in The Works of Theodore Roosevelt, op. cit., National Edition, XII, p. 201.
Until the American people learn to understand the nature of the evil they are fighting, this is a losing battle. As long as we continue to fight as if it were a battle between conservatives and liberals, we will lose. If we continue to argue amongst ourselves and not pay attention to the real enemy here, we will be ensuring a future of great pain for our children and our grandchildren.

"The spread of evil is the symptom of a vacuum. Whenever evil wins, it is only by default: by the moral failure of those who evade the fact that there can be no compromise on basic principles." (Also, Ayn Rand)
Rahm Emmanuel once said. Now Hillary’s singing it – to young European sheeple:
Only a sociopath would take that kind of position in times like these where we are at the brink of a worldwide catastrophic depression the likes of which we have never seen before. No one knows exactly what is going to happen or what is coming, but most who are awake know it isn’t good. Yet still, Hillary and the sick power hungry, self-centered ghouls who surround her and her president are standing on the sidelines licking their chops, in hopes of pouncing on a good number of the succulent sheeple who wander by unawares and completely ignorant of the EVIL that surrounds them.
That’s right: Evil.
Who else would have called people like Hillary, Timmy TurboTax, Duncy Pelosi and Obummer AND even the some of the American people EVIL?
The standard of value of the Objectivist ethics—the standard by which one judges what is good or evil—is man’s life, or: that which is required for man’s survival qua man. Since reason is man’s basic means of survival, that which is proper to the life of a rational being is the good; that which negates, opposes or destroys it is the evil. (Ayn Rand, “The Objectivist Ethics,” The Virtue of Selfishness, 23)
One principle of REASON that we have forgotten is the very same principle upon which our Constitution was written. That principle says that a good government is a government defined by its LIMITS. Our Founding Fathers knew that government was a NECESSARY EVIL, not something that should be given free reign. Certainly not something that should replace personal, personal growth, personal rewards and personal freedom.
"Government, even in its best state, is but a necessary evil; in its worst state, an intolerable one." (Thomas Paine)
"A government is like fire, a handy servant, but a dangerous master." (George Washington)
But hey, unlike Thomas Paine, we let our puppies (even our kids) run around spoiled, stealing food and pooping all over the house (otherwise how would Cesar-"I rehabilitate dogs. I train people." - Millan become so popular in our culture?), it would of course stand to reason that we would also let government do the same. But I don’t think that government’s problem is lack of exercise – particularly when it comes to Executive Exercising.
Compare the principles of the Founding Father with Jimmy-Snake Oil – Carter, possibly the most embarrassing president in our history:
"Government is a contrivance of human wisdom
to provide for human wants.
People have the right to expect that these
wants will be provided for by this wisdom."
For Jimmy the government is all-wise. Stand aside Socrates. I can SMELL the sulfur in this quotation alone. We the People need the WISDOM of the government in order to get what we want in our lives. THAT is the principle that Obama and those of his ilk hold themselves to. Why? Because it ENSLAVES people and it increases their own perception of their power. The economic chains that we are now putting on due to the DELIBERATE negligence of government are only a means to an even more nefarious end. Not only does our government not want to waste a crisis, they don’t want to waste a crisis that they themselves have put so much effort into creating.
I’ll close with an example of a doctor who wants to offer a flat monthly fee of $79.00 to his patients who do not have health insurance. Is it surprising that the government wants him shut down? Not on your life. After all, the government doesn’t want individual Americans providing affordable healthcare at the expense of the government. People might get the crazy idea that government isn’t the only solution or that people aren’t all self-centered pricks.
NEW YORK - Veteran doctor John Muney says his flat-fee, $79-a-month medical practice is a formula for making health care affordable and patient-friendly. But state regulators see it as self-styled insurance and have told him to shut it down.
The dispute, which emerged this month, reflects a rising issue in what is sometimes called "retainer" medical care. At least two other states have grappled with whether to consider such arrangements insurance, reaching different conclusions.
The question could become more pressing as jobs disappear in the ailing economy, taking many workers' traditional health insurance plans with them.
The debate "makes no sense to me. ... I feel that my flat-rate memberships provide a great service," Muney said at a press conference Wednesday. He is negotiating with the state Insurance Department to try to keep the service at his five AMG Medical Group centers around the city. – Newday
You see if the government REALLY wanted what is good for the American people it – and I mean the media because they are the same thing - would put people like Dr. Muney into the spotlight. Such a man would be portrayed as one of many GOOD ways to be: a person who BY CHOICE and through his OWN FREE WILL, determines the amount that people will pay for the services he provides. But since our government is EVIL to the core, it does not do that and instead chooses to reward criminal behavior. Other things it enjoys engaging in is the creation of GUILT (global warming, being too wealthy, striving to be the best) and the creation of HOPE (a dehydrated version of WILL). Guilt and Hope are EXACTLY what Obama is: a phantom of empty nothingness.
It's raining, pouring, economic fallacies by the hour, followed by a flood of horrible policy that is driving us ever further into economic depression. The regime in charge has really gone nuts, revealing itself as both deeply ignorant and horribly evil.
We find ourselves facing the horror of what has always been the Achilles heel of the left wing: its abysmal ignorance of economic science. The ideological tendency has gone from Keynesianism to outright socialism in a matter of a few weeks. – Beating Back Obamanomics

“If one understands that socialism is not a share-the-wealth program, but is in reality a method to consolidate and control the wealth, then the seeming paradox of super-rich men promoting socialism becomes no paradox at all. Instead, it becomes logical, even the perfect tool of power-seeking megalomaniacs.
Communism, or more accurately, socialism, is not a movement of the downtrodden masses, but of the economic elite.” – Gary Allen
During the presidential campaign, Obama gave the impression that he would dissolve the politics of divisiveness and would unify our nation of many – as if such a thing is truly desirable. Now a politician who promises to get rid of politics and political posturing in government is a like a doctor who promises to get rid of the practice of medicine. The entire thing is absurd. But a politician who says he will mend divisiveness amongst the people and the nation is like a doctor who is promising to cure the patient of death by removing his ability to breath clean air: an absurdity, and a dangerous one.
Barack - “I won” - Obama and his elite minions consider the presidency to be a winning lottery ticket where the prize is the ability to do whatever he may like. We all know that people look at Obama as if he were some kind of savior. I have written about this incessantly, particularly in relation to how Obama is simply a manufactured personification of government power. The personalization and bastardization of the Presidency, as if it were a post meant to serve the interests of the majority and the person of the President, instead of the law and the Constitution of our nation, is the foundation upon which Obama is going wield the executive power. And since We the People have failed to teach ourselves and our children the nature of our government and the nature of our Constitutional Republic, he will be able to achieve this with ease and without much resistance.
America's Constitution is far from an endorsement of majority rule. The founders did believe in voting to select who should be entrusted with the power of government, but the more important, prior question they asked was: "What power will the federal government be granted?" The overwhelming consensus in those classically liberal days was that government should leave society and economy alone.
That is why the Constitution grants so few powers to government and the the Bill of Rights is devoted to what the government is not allowed to do, regardless of majority sentiment. As Jefferson said, our founders fought not for democracy, but for government "tied down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution."
The Constitution contains several non-majority rules to protect Americans against abuse of their rights by their government, such as the Supreme Court's power to strike down unconstitutional federal laws, regardless of how many votes they received, the presidential veto power, as well as the right of the Congress to impeach the president. In that, it reflected our founders' antipathy toward pure majority rule.
James Madison said "democracies ... have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths." Thomas Jefferson warned that "[an] elective despotism was not the government we fought for," and that "The majority, oppressing an individual, is guilty of a crime, abuses its strength, and by acting on the law of the strongest breaks up the foundations of society." Alexander Hamilton asserted that "Real liberty is not found in the extremes of democracy. – Learn the Constitution, Or Else, Mises.org
Democracy is exactly what Obama is encouraging to fester and in order to achiever the Ignoble Lie that he is a unifier, Obama will have to silence critics, nationalize or privately centralize financial, corporate and government sectors, control propaganda and education and continue to practice the astroturfing tactics via the internet as he did in the campaign. Sounds like fascism? Yes, ma’am. The next stop after democracy is in fact tyranny, so all aboard! Glenn Beck, in fact, just today reported the story about how General Electric is getting in bed with the government. President Obama named GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt to his economic advisory team.
I've got good news and I've got bad news on GE. The GE thing, here they are, they are merging government and business with GE. They've got -- GE, I'm telling you, is going to be bailed out. GE will get all kinds of contracts from the government on green energy and everything else. The CEO of GE has now been appointed, today he's just been appointed as an economic advisor for Barack Obama. That's amazing. The guy who -- the guy who would not -- shareholders are like, "Can we sell NBC? This is really not good." They're like, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. The guy who put MSNBC and put him into the left category, to the point to where Tim Russert said you're destroying our credibility, this guy is, he's down with Keith Olbermann and everything else. You've been asking why for a very long time, yada, yada, yada. Well, now you know. This guy doesn't need the largest lobbying arm in America. He doesn't need that anymore. He's got the president's ear. "Oh, we've got that green week thing. Don't worry. We're doing another green week. We'll help you on that. These people are just stupid. You're exactly right, we'll help you, President Obama and Al Gore, we'll help you convince everybody. We got another Green Week coming up, and we'll do some more green stories and global warming stories, you know, on the news with Brian Williams. GlennBeck.com
But to add insult to injury, guess who will be serving as chairman of this economic advisory board? Why it’s old Paul Volker, former Chairman of the Federal Reserve. Just what we need. The Federal Reserve, the very institution that has caused the depression to be GREAT (along with help from FDR), the institution that makes it a rule of thumb to inflate those bubbles till they go “pop”, is going to offer one of its own to help plan our brand spanking new economic policy. I suppose the philosophy is that we need to preserve and reuse the bathwater even when we no longer have a baby.
Where is that damn change, people? Can’t see anything here except a change in COSTUME. Obama’s only economic policy is to further centralize government, merge it with business and control the wealth. The same people will always benefit and will always win. The public will continue to sacrifice their hard earned savings in the name of “climate change”, “green” and “collective responsibility”.
But in order to for this to happen and to happen without a glitch, we need the frosting on this cake of socialist goodies. That frosting would be the so-called Fairness Doctrine, coming to a radio station near you. The suppression of criticism and dissent will allow the cake to remain intact and in its purest form. At that point unity will have been achieved. WorldNetDaily reports:
Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., told radio host and WND columnist Bill Press yesterday when asked about whether it was time to bring back the so-called "Fairness Doctrine": "I think it's absolutely time to pass a standard. Now, whether it's called the Fairness Standard, whether it's called something else – I absolutely think it's time to be bringing accountability to the airwaves. I mean, our new president has talked rightly about accountability and transparency. You know, that we all have to step up and be responsible. And, I think in this case, there needs to be some accountability and standards put in place."
Asked by Press if she could be counted on to push for hearings in the Senate this year "to bring these (radio station) owners in and hold them accountable," she replied: "I have already had some discussions with colleagues and, you know, I feel like that's gonna happen. Yep."
The State is going to tell YOU what it means to speak with responsibility. “Responsibility” in Obamaland is simply doublespeak for “in accordance with the State”. Again, unity here means the destruction or concealment of disunity. Obama is not clean. He simply sweeps the dirt under the rug. Its downright filthy it is, just like the Chicago soil that he and his hoodlums grew up in.
Oh, and last but not least, after unity is achieved, one would of course want that unity to survive for the longest period of time possible, at least until the next generation grows up and is able to freely enjoy abortions to decrease the surplus population.
Rep. Jose Serrano, D-NY, would make President Barack Obama President for life. Earlier this month the Congressman introduced H. J. Res. 5 that proposes an amendment to the US Constitution that would repeal the Constitution’s 22nd Amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. -Times Examiner

“Whenever, therefore, people are deceived and form opinions wide of the truth, it is clear that the error has slid into their minds through the medium of certain resemblances to that truth.” – Plato’s Socrates
President Obama has only been in office for a few weeks now and already the honor that accompanies the office of President has been vulgarized. Soon it will no longer exist as we once recognized it.
It's long-standing tradition that just before the chief executive enters a room for a speech, he is announced: "Ladies and Gentlemen – the President of the United States," is the standard introduction spoken by a staff member of the White House Communications Agency.
But this morning when Mr. Obama entered the East Room to address an audience about the economy, there was no announcement. He just walked right in – announcing his own presence with a hearty "Hello, everybody – good to see ya."
On Day One of his presidency, everywhere Mr. Obama went they played "Hail to the Chief" for him – but not since. In fact the U.S. Marine Band's duties at the White House over the last 10 days appear to have been dramatically downsized.
Instead of the usual contingent of trumpets, tubas and drums, a single piano player now provides musical interludes before and after the president's appearance.
And the tunes have little connection to the military marching music of John Phillips Souza that is the usual accompaniment to presidential appearances. These days the pianist's repertoire includes Cole Porter's "Night and Day" and Sting’s "Desert Rose. AOL News
Unfortunately, we all know that the image of our leaders is a reflection of the people they lead. Obama’s behavior and the lack of integrity in his incoming administration is simply a reflection of who we have become as a people. Obama likes to think of himself as one who avoids pomp and circumstance. That is how his administration is attempting to present him. The sad truth is that neither he nor his administration, nor the public who adore him are able to make a distinction between honor and pomp, confidence and arrogance, integrity and good intentions.
First of all, there is nothing honorable about abandoning honor. But because Obama has no honor, he confuses it with conceit and pomp. Conceit and pomp are reserved for people who have no honor to begin with, but desire it and want to seem to have it. That Obama has chosen to forgo the traditions of the presidency in the name of humility, is the ultimate in arrogance and dishonor.
We all know that Obama’s arrogance has seen no limits. His image is paraded around the globe as if were Christ himself. There are countless books written about him for children and adults, as if he held the achievements of a George Washington or Thomas Jefferson. The man has not done anything to warrant this kind of hero worship. People of integrity know this. People who have no integrity do not. Honor is not something you gain through oratorical flourish and slick campaigning. It is something that is accumulated over time and trust, through word and deed. It is something won by the sweat of a man’s brow and it is passed on to the generations who aspire to emulate it.
This vulgarization and debasement of honor did not start with Obama. It has already happened in Hollywood and in various other parts of our society where ostentatious pomp and circumstance trumps true value and worth. One doesn’t have to look far into the American culture to find areas where lies, false representation and narcissism are all on display as if they were virtues to be admired. Liberal Americans have pretenses that we are organic, unselfish globalist thinkers. The truth is actually otherwise. We are morally and economically bankrupt as a nation. Our guilt in regards to this is what propels us even further into lies and self-delusion. We can’t bear to see the truth about ourselves, so we continue to put on more ostentatious displays involving heavy makeup, costumes and plenty of credit cards to pay for it all with money we don’t have. Liberals are globalists because they can’t look at America in the mirror. They can’t look America in the mirror because they can’t look at themselves and the vacuous nature of their opinions and beliefs
Obama, who is anything but humble, is a product of our age. He is not a leader of our age. To many people, his outward appearance is only the equivalent of dressing business casual. He is like a Bill Gates or a Steve Jobs in a cardigan sweater. He is like your neighbor down the street. He is like the co-worker in the cubicle next to you. He listens to Sting and Cole Porter, like your best friend. Obama’s image is the image of everyman. He doesn’t inspire. He encourages. He is an enabler and is so at a time when American needs anything but an enabler.
From this perspective then, Obama is the only change we want to believe in - for now. He simply makes us feel better about ourselves in a time when we are facing unprecedented harsh realities, economically and socially. But it is only a semblance of true change because the truth is that nothing has changed at all. Hopefully, when the honeymoon is over, that reality will eventually trump the lies and the deceit. There are Americans out there who value integrity and who know what honor is, and they know they deserve and want better.
Mr. President, you can no longer snow the American People nor can you allow others in the government to do so. They've figured it out - that this was one gigantic layered Ponzi Scheme, and frankly, they don't trust their government any more. They don't trust the FDIC. They don't trust Ben Bernanke and The Fed. They don't trust a Treasury Secretary that you appointed and pushed through confirmation despite the fact that he cheated on his taxes.
I know you're out of touch Mr. President, as most politicians are, but here in the real America where people go to work for a living every day firearm and ammunition sales are off the charts, as are concealed carry permit applications. People are afraid. They're afraid that the government no longer exists to protect individual rights and prosecute wrong-doers, but instead now exists to steal hundreds of billions of dollars from them and their children and give it to a group of greedy banksters who willingly looked the other way while the nation was looted so they could pay their bonuses.
They have seen Bernanke take actions that have never before occurred, that are arguably beyond his lawful authority in The Federal Reserve Act, and which can (and have) exposed taxpayers to loss - hundreds of billions of dollars of loss - without Congressional approval or debate.
They've seen your first acts, which were not to address the greater fraud, but to pander to labor unions. It's all fine and well to repay a constituency that helped elect you, but what good will having a bunch of signs taken down in union shops do when all those businesses close and the union workers wind up unemployed?
Bluntly, America doesn't trust Washington DC and they're not sure they trust you. – Karl Denninger, Market Ticker
